剧情简介
　　露科是一个专业的舞蹈家，他决定结束舞蹈生涯与他从小青梅竹马的情人玛格里特结婚，但是他的朋友，歌手卡德地却觉得他的这桩婚姻是一个错误，卡德地先是让露科去打牌，然后又骗他说他的裤子破了需要缝补，这样耽误了露科的很多时间，当露科赶到教堂的时候，已经迟到了几个小时，客人和牧师都已经走了。玛格里特和她父亲都很生气，要露科挣够25000美元才能得到玛格里特。于是，露科与卡德地来到纽约，当他们在纽约街道上行走的时候，他们与一位小姐发生了误解，在经过警察的调解之后，他们消除了误会。露科发现这个小姐原来是一位舞蹈教练，于是他们组成一对非常成功的舞伴……
