About the Movie
When young Victor's pet dog Sparky is hit by a car, Victor decides to bring him back to life the only way he knows how. But when the bolt-necked "monster" wreaks havoc and terror in the hearts of Victor's neighbors, he has to convince them that Sparky's still the good, loyal friend he's always been.

剧情简介
　　一个小男孩的爱狗被车撞死后，他十分伤心郁闷。在学校上课的时候，当老师做用电击青蛙的方法使其神经抽搐的实验时，他有了救活他的小狗的灵感。于是晚上，他引了天上的雷电电击小狗的尸体，使它复活。重生的小狗吓坏了男孩家的邻居们，他们视这只狗为怪物......邻居们追赶狗时将狗和男孩逼进一间小木屋，失手几乎烧死他们。但小狗却将男孩救出，自己死去。邻居和男孩的父母为之感动，决心再次救活它。他们用汽车发动机制造电能，又一次救活了这只狗。
