About the Movie

剧情简介
　　上个世界80年代中期，年仅14岁的小理查德·沃舍成为了一名政府执法部门的线人，后来变成一个主要的毒贩。这样的双面生活，也让他与政府产生了摩擦，当有一天他被发现携有17磅的海洛因，而那时他刚刚17岁。他被投入监狱，并被判处终身监禁，那么问题来了，他沦落如此，当初让他做线人的联邦政府该负多少责任?
