剧情简介
　　故事发生在爱荷华州，传说一位天使（约翰·特拉沃尔塔 John Travolta 饰）降临在了此处。昆兰（威廉·赫特 William Hurt 饰）是一名报社记者，得知这一消息，他立刻自告奋勇毛遂自荐，想要到那里进行调查和采访，期望获得珍贵的第一手消息。然而，昆兰的老板却并不信任这个常常惹出麻烦的员工，他派出了多萝西（安迪·麦克道威尔 Andie MacDowell 饰）和昆兰同行。
