Information about BeFour
beFour is a pop quartet that was cast by SuperRTL in 2007 for the documentary soap beFour: The Star Diary. The group, which is comparable to the similarly conceived bands Banaroo and Chipz, consists of four singers, two boys and two girls, who all sing, dance and act. They met five years before the television show and were discovered by television producer Christian Geller at a dance competition. Despite all-round bad reviews, the debut album All 4 One landed at number 1 in Germany and Switzerland and at number 2 in the Austrian charts. Three singles were released that also made it into the charts, and the album itself was certified gold. ~ Christian Genzel
