About the Movie
After her divorce, Alyson Simon and her daughter Claire move into an old house outside the city. Claire finds an old doll left in the house by the previous occupants, and soon Alyson begins to see sinister changes in her daughter. After discovering the doll's dark secret, she and her estranged husband must race against time to stop the entity trying to take over their daughter.

　　五年前，结束了失败婚姻的艾丽森·西蒙（杰米·普莱斯利 Jaime Pressly 饰）带着年幼的女儿克莱尔（凯莉·罗格斯 Kylie Rogers 饰）搬到了一栋新房子，准备展开全新的生活。生活的巨大变故让克莱尔心事重重，而她的新家传说是一栋凶宅，更令女孩充满焦虑。刚来的第一天，克莱尔在地板下发现了一个造型古怪而可怕的娃娃，她坚持要将其留下，并且每晚都和娃娃说话，倾诉烦恼。在学校受到欺负后，克莱尔拒绝登校，随后她的脾气变得愈加古怪暴戾，更为可怕的是，凡是曾经忤逆过她和娃娃的人都遭遇了各种可怕意外。
