Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
Listening to The Greatest Hits of 1985 in the car driving around with my parents. So many of my favourite artists on that cassette like Eurythmics and Wham! and some amazing songs like 'Clouds Across The Moon', 'Say I'm Your Number One' ... amazing.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Björk, Vespertine
Pet Shop Boys, Behaviour
Y Kant Tori Read, Y Kant Tori Read (Remastered)
YKTR - a powerhouse of rock/pop writing and vocals from Tori Amos. Delicious.
Vespertine - astounding production and immaculate abstract pop songwriting.
Behaviour - queer history delicately yet triumphantly woven into pop perfection.

I got to record this in LA with my hero and friend Elton John, plus on backing vocals I have GRAMMY nominated Mykal Kilgore, actor Alan Cumming, all of Scissor Sisters and my friends Xavier and Bridget Barkan. I'm so proud of it.
